Who is Delaware Lawn Crew?
Joe and Phil Kleiman started Delaware Lawn Crew in 2007. They coached rowing at the University of Delaware for years before retiring from the sport in 2017, and that is where the name comes from. A rowing crew pulls together, the same people, the same rhythm, every time out, and they run a lawn crew the same way: the same faces on your property, the same day each week, the job done right. We mow weekly in Newark, Bear, Hockessin, and Wilmington; build patios in Middletown and Pike Creek; and run the fertilization most homeowners forget until the crabgrass is already up.
